Software for volunteer-run events
Your event runs
on volunteers.
GO CREW handles schedules, hours and sponsors.
The back office for foundations and organisations that run an event with volunteers, local clubs and sponsors. One environment at your own address, from sign-up to payout.
- Sponsor packages and benefits ticked off per sponsor
- Hours per club ready for payout
- Schedule and check-in simply on the phone
Sound familiar?
Spreadsheets, group chats and a shoebox full of timesheets

Keeping sponsors happy
Who has which package, is every logo on the board and the screen, and have all tickets been sent? One forgotten benefit costs you a sponsor next year.
Sorting hours afterwards
Clubs are paid per hour worked, but who actually worked how long?
Schedules in Excel
Every change means calling, texting and hoping everyone has the latest version.
Power out, who do you call?
The generator fails on the busiest night. The electrician's number is in the phone of someone who just went home.
How it works
From sign-up to payout
- 01
Sign up
Volunteers and clubs sign up through their own form. A club can register a whole group at once.
- 02
Schedule
Set up shifts per task and time slot. Everyone sees their own schedule on their phone.
- 03
Check in
On site the crew clocks in and out with a QR code at the kiosk or on their phone. No more paper.
- 04
Settle
Review and approve hours worked per person and per club. The fee per club goes to your bookkeeping as an overview.

Schedule and shifts
Shifts per task, who is where and where the gaps are.
Volunteers and clubs
One overview of all people, groups and contacts, with their preferences and availability.
Statistics and reporting
Visitor, hours and effort figures as a report for sponsors, councils or funds, in PDF, CSV or Excel.
Also in GO CREW: communication per group, calendar and programme, incident log, on-site screens and roles and permissions per committee.

In practice
IJsfestijn Etten-Leur
Four weeks of skating, curling, school skating and a winter market, carried by volunteers and local clubs. IJsfestijn Etten-Leur runs its organisation on GO CREW, with its own environment at ijsfestijnetten-leur.gocrew.nl. About us
We are the GO CREW
Two local companies, one crew: Wabber builds the software, Mosquito makes sure your event gets seen.
Good to know
Everything in the Netherlands
Data on your volunteers, clubs and sponsors is stored on servers in the Netherlands.
Only those who need it
Each committee only sees its own part. Personal data is not visible to everyone.
Run by Wabber
Wabber from Etten-Leur builds, hosts and supports GO CREW. You have one point of contact.
Retention by agreement
How long data stays after your event, for example for the next edition, is something we agree on together.
